The Space
This house has recently completed a full restoration after hurricane Michael. Brand new fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, Wifi and a smart TV's in living room and all bedrooms. All bedrooms are located upstairs with the laundry room just down the hallway and a twin sleeper sofa/chair downstairs. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and gas grill waiting for you in the garage. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water for easy sand removal.
Guest access
Waterside Village is a gated community with pool, hot tub and tropical landscaping. We are located on a canal with a shared dock for day use with easy access to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Other things to note
There is Parking for only two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the shared driveway. No boat trailer parking, trailers must be parked at the boat ramp and an easily obtainable trailer parking pass is required. The house has easy remote access.
